Foodie: Three Great 4th of July Recipes

While checking out the hundreds of e-mails and blog posts that have been inundating my inbox this Fourth of July, I noticed a few food recipes that sounded particularly delicious (and healthy) for summertime! They all have fairly simple instructions for preparation, so don't be scared if you're not exactly an expert in the kitchen!
