Here's my pick of some of the best menus:

I went here for the last Restaurant Week and it was an amazing experience. All of the food was absolutely delicious and quite a bit cheaper than it would have been otherwise. It's a real NYC landmark so if you haven't been yet, now's your chance!
Menu Highlight? Watermelon Gazpacho!

Black Duck: View the Menu HERE
I've been meaning to try this place. Every time I've walked by I've admired the intimate setting. It looks like it would be a really great date spot.
Menu Highlight? Crispy Long Island Duck!

City Crab & Seafood Company: View the Menu HERE
I've heard great reviews of this restaurant from several friends. Since seafood is usually a premium ($$$) item on most menus, it's great that you can get these dishes without paying a supplemental charge.
Menu Highlight? Maine Lobster w/ Sweet Potato Fries!

City Lobster & Steak: View the Menu HERE
I haven't been here yet, so please let me know if you've been and what you think of it! There are some supplemental charges at this restaurant but the menu sounds elaborate and delicious.
Menu Highlight? Lobster Bake w/ Clams & Mussels!

The Hurricane Club: View the Menu HERE
This is a lively and hip venue that draws a younger crowd. It's got a South Pacific theme to it and sounds like a great time. It is also the home to Riff Raffs, a very popular tiki bar - night club in the basement. If you're looking for a night out with a group of friends, this venue sounds perfect. Anybody have a birthday during Restaurant Week? ;)
Menu Highlight? Croque Monsieur Spring Rolls!  (Don't forget to add on some tropical cocktails!)

The Russian Tea Room: View the Menu HERE
I've always had an outstanding experience at The Russian Tea Room. When you dine there, you really feel like you are at some place special. It's a real New York landmark. The food is delicious. Don't worry if you're a little scared of trying Russian food, the dishes they prepare are truly top notch. I went there during the last Restaurant Week with a Russian friend for her birthday and we both had an outstanding time there.
Menu Highlights? Borscht, Blinchik w/ lingonberries, & Cheesecake!
